It has a wide and fascinating private garden on three sides, two of them have a sea view with large granite rocks that lit up at night and an exterior shower, which is also in granite and provides hot water. There is a private and shaded parking space that can accommodate two large size vehicles. It has two large roofed verandas; one has an amazing sea view and barbecue, stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large table and teak chairs.
