Nestled in the heart of the English Countryside you will find our beautiful 16th Century thatched Cottage.
The cottage dates back to 1690 and is situated in the village of Riseley Bedfordshire. The property is 2-minute walk to the local pub and restaurant as well as benefiting from a variety of countryside walks on your door step.
London can be reached by train in less than 40 minutes and Bedford train station is just 20 minutes away.

This stunning thatched cottage and former farmhouse has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay and is furnished in line with rustic cottage charm.
Upon arriving at the cottage, you step through the white painted picket fence and follow the path through the large front garden towards the main door.
Entering the cottage from the side, you step into a light and airy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and storage for your winter coats and muddy boots!
Off to the right there is a newly fitted bathroom with a Victorian style roll top bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail and separate toilet. To the left you walk up a couple of steps (minding your head!) and step into the fully equipped kitchen with ample storage, cooking utensils and a pantry storage cupboard, overlooking the playing fields and cricket pitch to the rear.
Stepping through into the dining area you are greeted once more by farm style cottage interiors and exposed beams set around a large 4-seater Welsh oak dining table. The perfect spot for romantic candle lit dinners or family get togethers.
Wondering through into the living room you will find more of the original brick flooring, 2x Sofas (One suitable for dogs), a smart TV with Netflix and other steaming services, as well as a working open fire for cosy nights in.
Upstairs there are 2x large double bedrooms which overlook the garden at the front of the property. The rooms are connected and consist of comfortable double beds and both soft and hard pillows to suit your preference.
