This lovely ground floor apartment is in a quiet street less than five minute's gentle walk from the harbour beach, shops, galleries and restaurants of popular St Ives. It is an ideal base for sightseeing or days on the beach. Letting from Saturday to Saturday, it is perfect for a family of four or a spacious property for two.
This two bedroom apartment combines character beams and exposed granite walls with a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. There is a private patio courtyard and a parking space suitable for a small car (dimensions below) - a rarity in St Ives!
The lounge/dining area has a comfy sofa and armchair, wifi/internet access, a Wifi enabled tv and a DAB radio/stereo. The dining area has a good sized table with four chairs.
The modern well-equipped kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including a Tassimo coffee machine, washer/dryer, microwave etc.
The spacious master bedroom has access to the patio, a double bed with a built-in wardrobe/storage and a dressing table with mirror.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and chests of drawers - we can also offer a king size sofabed option in the lounge if preferred.
