The cottage is totally self-contained and is accessed by its own independent entrance via 8 external steps onto a raised balcony area.
You will enter directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen area of the property. The sleek kitchen area towards the rear is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave oven, wine cooler which doubles as a small fridge and plenty of cupboard space available. It is well equipped with cutlery, crockery and quality utensils.
The lounge area has 2 comfortable wing-back armchairs and a 2 seater sofa.
The sleeping area is on a mezzanine floor accessed by a spiral staircase from the open-plan lounge/kitchen. This area has a double bed, hanging and cupboard space and a comfortable chair in the window.
An additional 3rd guest can be accommodated on a high-quality sofa bed in the lounge. Please note there is a small additional charge of £15 per night for the use of the sofa bed.
The large shower room located on the first is fully tiled, extremely spacious and bright
The flat also comes equipped with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Bath towels and tea towels are provided together along with quality bed linen.
