This is a great opportunity to rent a fantastic holiday home (week commencing Saturday 17 July 2021) following a recent cancellation caused by a change in the holidaymaker's work commitments. The Clowance Estate is in an ideal location some 8 miles or so fromboth the north and south Cornish coasts with their fabulous beaches and with the added benefit of excellent on-site facilities.

The accommodation is in a Patio Home that sleeps 8 guests (subject to any UK Government restrictions permitting as currently due to happen from 21 June 2021) and gives access to all of the great facilities within the Clowance Estate and with its own wi-fi internet access. It has three bedrooms (two of which are double bedrooms {that can be used as twin-bedded rooms if required} with one of these having its own en-suite bathroom and with the other providing access to a further small bedroom with bunk beds). Additionally there is a very comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room and a further family bathroom with shower. Linen is provided and towels for use in the swimming pool can be obtained free of charge from the reception. Cots, high chairs and stair gates are allavailable at no extra charge.
We have been timeshare owners (two weeks) for more than 20 years on this Five Star Estate in West Cornwall and have always found it to be a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. All maintenance, linen and fuel charges are paid for and so it only remains for whoever uses the unit to turn up and have a wonderful time! The accommodation is well suited to provide a comfortable holiday for two families.

This Lodge lies within 97 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland, situated on the Clowance Estate in West Cornwall and it overlooks the parkland and lake. It gives you maximum privacy whilst offering excellent views of the magnificent scenery surrounding the Estate. The facilities include a well equipped gym, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, lake with rowing boat, children's adventure playground, 9 hole golf course, tennis, putting, croquet, outdoor chess etc. There is a modern bar and restaurant with good value meals including Sunday carvery. There is entertainment in the bar area several evenings each week. Most of the sports/leisure facilities are free of chargebut there is a charge for the beauty treatments, tanning and golf. I have tried to describe the facilities accurately but from time to timethey may vary slightly. You will also be close to many of Cornwall's other attractions including the Tate St Ives, the Eden Project, the Minack Theatre (a natural outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the sea with afternoon and evening performances) and the National Maritime Museum. These are, of course, all in addition to the many wonderful beaches and coastal walks for which Cornwall is rightly famous. The nearest beaches are Gwithian on the north coast (7 miles) where there is a seal lookout point and Porthlevan with its quaint little harbour on the south coast (8.5 miles).

Clowance lies midway between St Ives and Falmouth on the outskirts of Praze-an-Beeble and it provides a good location for exploring everything that the area has to offer. It is some five miles or so from the A30 dual carriageway at Camborne and is well served by rail or air (from Newquay airport). This unit is in a woodland setting and it is maintained to a very high standard with an on-site restaurant and bar for those occasions when you just want to relax in comfortable surroundings without having to cook for yourselves or drive or rely on taxis.

Check in time is 5:00pm on arrival day and check out is 10:00am on departure day. If you arrive before 5:00pm you may not be able to enter the property (it depends ifit has beencleaned and made ready for you) but you can still relax by using the pool and other on-site facilities.
