This 3 bedroom cottage with Wi Fi is located close to the church and village hall in the village of Alderminster, 7 miles south of Shakespeare's town of Stratford on Avon.
Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all close at hand as are five National Trust properties. Oxford and Blenheim Palace are an easy drive away.
The cottage is well decorated with many character features, exposed beams, wooden floors etc. It is fully centrally heated with a large lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower on the ground floor, double bedroom (with king size bed), twin bedroom and single bedroom upstairs. It has open aspects over fields to the front and rear and a large enclosed garden.
There is a separate games room ideal for children with Table Tennis, half size pool table and table football. Badminton rackets are available for games in the garden.
All power, heating, bed linen and towels are provided in the rental.
Off road parking for two cars is available in front of the cottage and, although there is a regular bus service through the village, a car is recommended.
