Summary: Comedy of errors, the room we were allocated had not been cleaned so were then given another room, when we tried to unlock the door with a key card it wouldn’t work, so back down to reception, the batteries needed changing. Eventually got the room sorted, so decided to make a drink and this being a deluxe room we thought maybe a biscuit ,at least expected a teaspoon, nevermind. Put the tv on and it was a waste of space kept loosing signal , so sadly I wouldn’t give this more than an average rating.
