Dollars Cottage is beautiful, a fabulous detached country cottage, close to the beaches at Llangennith and Broughton Bay. Interiors are stylish and contemporary with a New England style decor offering excellent holiday accommodation for seven guests. Outside the large lawned garden is a great place for children to play so just relax on the terrace and take in the lovely sea views.
Llangennith is a hot spot for surfers and families, and with 3 miles of sand there’s plenty of room for everyone! The local village has a surf shop for clothes and wetsuit hire and a local pub serving great food. The Gower Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, home to some of the country’s best beaches - perfect for watersports. If it’s culture you’re looking for, why not explore one of the many castles and historical houses in the area. Head to the maritime city of Swansea for some retail therapy or simply relax in the garden… the choice is yours!

Accommodation Ground Floor Sitting room: fireplace with wood burner, corner sofa, footstool, flatscreen TV. Dining room: dining table and 6 chairs, archway to kitchen. Kitchen: electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, built-in microwave and a heritage electric cooker/hob. Utility room: washing machine, fridge/freezer and additional cupboard space with door leading to back garden. Shower room: shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor Master bedroom: king size bed, hanging and storage space. Bedroom 2: double bed and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: twin beds (or a king size bed) hanging space and dressing table with mirror. Bedroom 4: children’s room with single bed, TV, storage drawers and shelves. Family bathroom: bath, wash hand basin, WC.
Entertainment: flatscreen TV, video/DVD player and a selection of books. Outside: large garden to the rear and side of the cottage, mostly laid to lawn with perimeter hedge. Patio area, outside furniture and a children's swing. Gate to the side allows access across the fields to the beach of Llangennith. Parking: Parking area to the front for up to 3 cars General: changeover day Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
