Summary: The actual hotel is lovely, exactly like the pictures, smooth check in ect, the only problem is that if your on a higher floor the person underneath must seem to think that walking is an inconvenience and worth a noise complaint. Sadly in my case I had very awlward guest staying underneath which painted us out to be bad stayers, we stayed mindful of them but every minor noise made by walking on the floor seemed to be a problem, which we couldn’t control as the sound of floorboards is the sound of floorboards, especially when this is an apartment which means it’s sleeps a group not just one or two people. As I know it will end up working out it favour of the person making a complaint as always. But unfortunately if your planning on walking round at ant point in your night it’s clearly a problem
