Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very central, just off Flowergate, so a great base to explore Whitby. Good size cottage for four people, which is extremely quiet at night. . Kitchen well stocked and lots of hot water.

Negative: A bit of a musty smell when we first arrived but this could be due to not having any heating on for a while. As the cottage sleeps six, the downstairs washing machine/dishwasher room could be made into a toilet, as one between six can be a bit tricky. A fairly big leak in that room also, which we were a little concerned about but we didn't use the facilities in there at all.
