As a self-catering shabby-chic bedsit, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay:
-One bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed.
-One bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower and bathtub
-The kitchen is not separated as this is a studio but is equipped with: a kettle, toaster and microwave and fridge with freezer compartment
-Relax on your bedroom chair and watch Netflix - hot chocolate and biscuits provided! If you want to come earlier and leave luggage or collect keys you are very welcome to contact us.
-There is a large television with DVD and Netflix.
-Linen and towels are all included along with toiletries and tea, coffee and biscuits.
-A washing machine and dryer are available when we are residents - just ask and we will give you access downstairs.
-There is free parking in the street after 6pm until 9am the next morning. On your first full day here you can ask us for a ticket to use resident parking.
Access is by private staircase at rear of property but this may not be suitable for the elderly. The apartment is close to bus routes and stations and the beautiful cliff gardens. If you are arriving when we are not in, there is a key box behind the right hand pillar of the main gates.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are allowed at the property with a charge of £20 as cleaning fee.
- No overnight guests permitted and strictly no parties or gatherings.
- No noise after 10pm or before 9am.
-It is very important to read fire risk assessment in the top drawer of the fitted wardrobe in the bedroom. There are steep wooden steps to the entrance which may not be suitable for the disabled. What3words: risen.blunt.start
