We have a high end kitchen with all facilities, our open plan dining and tv room steps out onto a large covered concrete patio overlooking the hamurana hills and stunning North facing rural views. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and with 2 large separate bathrooms and 3 toilets you will not be waiting to use the facilities.
The property is set on 1 ha of land planted out in natives that attract many tui, kereru and other native birds. We are less than a 2 minute drive to the Hamurana walkway which meanders along Lake Rotorua and 5 minutes to the boat ramp at Lake Rotoiti. 10 minutes drive to Rotorua central, 10 minutes drive to the mountain bike trails at tech park and 40 minutes to down town Tauranaga. You will not be disappointed by the privacy and peaceful setting.
