3 Bedroom Place in Pitchcombe
An old stone and render cottage dating from around 1840 although part of it is much older. The farmhouse has 3 good sized bedrooms with a nice private garden.
There are two master bedrooms both with King sized beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own en-suite.
The property has been recently upgraded and is fitted out to a very high standard.
The property is 8 miles from the Cotswold village of Broadway and 20 miles from Stratford upon Avon.
The space

The cottage is in a fantastic location for visiting all the Cotswold villages (8 miles from Broadway)
It is also handy for visits to Stratford upon Avon as we are located only 20 minutes drive from Shakespeare's birthplace.
There is a local public house (walking distance) called the Fleece inn which won Telegraph pub of the year 2019, it is a National Trust property and has so much charm and good beer and food. What's not to like!
Guest access
The 3 bedroom cottage is detached and has two dedicated parking spaces, it has a walled garden and the gardens and patio are completely private.
There are locks on the gates and doors to ensure children and pets are safe.
If you bring a dog, we do request that you limit access to downstairs.
We have now added an Electric vehicle charger which has multi pin availability (you will need to bring the EV power cable)
it is a 7 KW charger so it is perfect for overnight charging for EVs
The charger needs a swipe card and we can supply the swipe card for one use for a nominal 60 UK Pounds for up to one week of use. This would need to be paid to us to obtain the swipe card.
Other things to note
The cottage is on a busy road but none of the doors are onto the road, there are tall walls which surround the property and double glazing to windows so the noise is not excessive.
