Our bright, welcoming family-friendly holiday home in Hove is perfect for seaside breaks with children and dogs. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the house offers four spacious bedrooms, generous living space and a large west-facing private garden—ideal for families wanting space, comfort and easy access to the beach.
We are a short walk to Hove Beach, a quieter and more relaxed alternative to Brighton Beach. Nearby attractions include a large children’s playground, watersports lagoon (wakeboarding, sailing and paddleboarding), a brand-new skate park and pump track, beach volleyball, padel and tennis courts, plus popular beach bars and restaurants, including Fatboy Slim’s Café.
This is a true family home, not a standard holiday rental. Both children’s bedrooms have blackout blinds/curtains, and the house is stocked with toys, board games and outdoor games. The secure private garden includes swings, a slide, shaded outdoor dining, a barbecue and a leafy den at the bottom—perfect for children to play while adults relax. The garden is west-facing, peaceful and enjoys beautiful evening sun.
The fully equipped family kitchen includes children’s plates and cutlery, a high chair, air fryer, large oven, slow cooker and everything needed for self-catering holidays.
We’re within walking distance of Portland Road, known for its independent shops, artisan bakeries, cafés and family-friendly pubs. Brighton city centre is easy to reach by frequent buses (every 5–10 minutes, approx. 15 minutes), by walking along the seafront, or by hiring a local e-bike. Families love returning to the calm of Hove after a day exploring Brighton and the Lanes.
The South Downs National Park is less than a 10-minute drive away and offers excellent dog walking, hiking and trail running.
