Our small lodge site is located on a working sheep farm some 3 miles along the coast from Portpatrick, a picturesque fishing village in South West Scotland. We are fortunate to benefit from stunning sun sets and unspoilt views across the sea to Northern Ireland. Below in the nearest bay is a beach where our guests go to watch the sunset or have a dip in the sea! We also have a stunning coastal walk right the way to Portpatrick where you’ll pass over lovely bays and the ruins of Dunskey Castle. Portpatrick offers the visitor the chance to taste some seafood and quirky local shops. We are pet friendly with a dog exercise paddock right behind the lodge.
Our accommodation is basic but comfortable and allows you to experience a bit of what it’s like living on a farm. You can even buy fresh eggs on site. You’ll get a warm welcome and we’re available on site should you need anything!
