The three bedroom holiday home is in a popular spot, close to a pub serving good beer and food, just a short walk from the harbourside at Craster - renowned for its oak smoked salmon and kippers, so be sure to try some. Step inside and accommodation is stylish yet homely, set over three floors with a well equipped kitchen, separate dining room and cosy living room with pale grey sofas. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms on the first floor and a twin room on the top floor. The cottage has a terraced garden (just across the lane) with fabulous views over the harbour - a great place to relax with a beer as the sun sets. Just 6 miles inland is the bustling market town of Alnwick, with its own dramatic castle, often referred to as 'The Windsor of the North', ancestral home to the Duke of Northumberland (and film location for Harry Potter's Hogwarts Academy!).
