LOCATION:
Located in a peaceful residential area its ideal for all the family yet Leeds City Centre is a short 10 minute away so perfect if you want to explore the city by day and relax by night.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space outside our house with no height or size restrictions. There’s also free on street parking.
MASTER BEDROOM:
You'll find peace and tranquillity in this room and with the new comfy bed you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience
BEDROOM 2:
Beautifully decorated with two single beds it's perfect for adults or children.
BEDROOM 3:
A cosy room with one single bed, perfect for the little ones
FAMILY BATHROOM:
A good size family bathroom perfect for relaxing and refreshing after a long day. We also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
LIVING ROOM:
The family room has a very comfortable corner sofa so everyone can have space to lounge and watch TV. We have live TV or watch our complimentary Netflix.
KITCHEN:
Our stunning kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for the whole family or to make bacon butties for friends in the morning. We provide complimentary tea and coffee too :)
DINING AREA:
Enjoy your cooking (or take away) around our dining table which can comfortably seat 4 guests.
WIFI:
We have superfast Wifi perfect for home working and streaming
GARDEN:
Enjoy our spacious, fully fenced garden when the sun is shining and let the children run off some steam with a ball
GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trips. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
