Summary: Parking has increased in pricing from £10.00 a night, then they take a deposit of £50.00 which is given after 10-15 working days which the receptionist kept saying we understand new management. The lift wasn't working still. This has been more than a year. So the receptionist puts us up on the 4th floor when I told him my partner has asthma can you put us lower and he said no. Also the key card given was dirty, he had to write in the keycard our room number rather than on a card envelope so we couldn't see our room number properly. Such a let down really. Checking in took alot longer as everything is done on a tablet and the receptionist sounded extremely rude. Not sure if I want to stay again and I should really ask for my money back as the room wasn't clean.
