The house has a characteristic front room with period features (bay window and fireplace) that's flooded with natural light.
Two bedrooms (one with en-suite) allow a family of up to 5 to sleep very comfortably and a double sofa-bed in the lounge offers that extra bed if needed. The private enclosed rear garden is a sun trap in spring/summer and is the perfect spot to relax and chill out while enjoying an evening drink.
The living room is designed for a relaxing evening after a busy day, with comfy sofas and a TV for light entertainment.
Both modern bathrooms feature a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer and ironing facilities.

## Neighborhood
Belgrave Road and Corstorphine is a most lovely residential neighbourhood with lots of families. Definitely not one of Edinburgh's party spots.
Corstorphine is a great place to stay with hotels, pubs and restaurants to cater to a range of tastes and budgets. It’s walking distance to Murrayfield Stadium, and there’s several bus links into the city centre for trains or out to the airport if you’ve come from further afield.
## Transit
Corstorphine is wonderfully placed between the Airport for easy access to arrive/depart, the rail network (Haymarket) and the City Centre. Best bus option from the airport is No. 100 wheres routes 12, 26, and 31 will quickly get you into the city centre.
## Notes
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You will be required to collect the keys to the property via a lockbox.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
