Set in a lovely area, Liddiard House is only a 5-minute walk to the River Thames, and quite close to Greenwich park, Greenwich village, and the O2 Arena. There are also plenty of amenities close by, it's only a 7 minute walk to supermarket including, Asda, LIDL, Sainsburys as well as many superstores: TK Maxx, JD Sports, New Look, Primark, Next and many more
Is just 5mins walk to the river, walk in the direction as you're walking to the bus (going towards o2) and as soon as you're on the main road, cross the road to the park and walk to the end of the park and the river is right there.
It's a really nice attraction and you can also get the Uber water taxi too.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Please note the standard key pick up and return is located 8 min walk from the property (There are 7 buses that take you closer to the property and it stops right outside the store: buses 108, 129, 132, 161, 335, 472, 486. It's just 1 stop from North Greenwich - go to Bus stop A or B).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
