Boasting 2 sitting rooms, the more spacious front living area features a beautiful view of Holyrood Park, with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofabed, it's the perfect place to relax while taking in the sight. The large window here also lets in a lot of natural lighting so the space is usually lovely, bright and warm. The perfect room to spend the day in, you'll find that we included the work area and a drop leaf dining table with two stools as well.
The 2nd and more private living area at the back, on the other hand, is the perfect place to sit and relax after a long day of exploring the city. Here you'll find the TV with some DVDs, a sofa, and a recliner. It has all you need to kick back and enjoy your favourite programs. In the same space, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Nice and safe neighborhood with little coffee shops and cafes. Bellfield Brewery is a 5-minute walk away. Two big supermarkets nearby (Sainsbury's 10-minute walk away). St Margarets Loch is a five-minute walk away. Dunsapie Loch is 20 mins away. Duddingston Loch is 35 mins away and is next to the Sheep Heid Inn (thought to be the oldest pub in Scotland!)
Lots of buses into town five mins walk to the bus stop (Meadowbank Stadium). Also can get the bus down to Portobello beach in 15/20 mins. Waverley Station is under 30 min walk away or a quick taxi/bus ride.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
