The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to whip up a fresh warm meal. You'll find a fridge, oven, and stove for your use. You're welcome to use the other cooking utensils as well!

There is 1 bedroom, with a double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens for your full comfort.

The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.

Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer and ironing facilities.

## Neighborhood

Our property is located in Chesser which is a residential region that lies in Scotland’s Edinburgh region. Flanking the Water of Leith at the south, this suburb neighbors Longstone and Slateford, along with Allan Park and Craiglockhart. Chesser is the hub of many activities owing to the presence of the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. The suburb has seen many developments in the 20th century, including establishment of residential and commercial complexes along with leisure centers.

## Transit

The nearest airport to our property is Edinburgh airport which is 15 minutes away. You may also explore the city by bus or by metro which is very convenient and easily accessible. The bus stop in front of the building is serviced by several very frequent buses into Haymarket/Princes street. Journey time approx. 10/12 mins.

## Notes

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You will be required to collect the keys to the property via a lockbox.

You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
