One of the notable benefits of this super coastal residence is the 12 person swim tub located on the sun deck.
A secluded and private house with an extremely generous lounge, dining room, and kitchen that opens up onto the patio and garden. Lounge and dining seating is provided in the garden as well as the option for a swim tub, which makes this a spectacular natural al fresco space! There is also a utility and cloakroom downstairs as well as four generous bedrooms upstairs, two with en-suite and a family bathroom. There is a fifth bedroom in the summer house with en-suite shower facilities.
This is a beautiful family house and the beach is an easy walk away.
The Space
This prestigious coastal residence will suit discerning guests who are looking for luxury. As you enter through the double front doors, there is a large reception area.
To one side there is a beautifully laid out lounge, with an open fireplace, a very large L-shaped sofa that seats upto 10 people, a further arm chair with footstool and has a smart TV with built in speakers.
On the other side is a large dining and entertaining area, with stunning natural wood dining table capable of seating 12 guests. The dining area then leads through to the kitchen, which is well appointed with a full range of appliances and facilities, there is a further dining table that can seat 4. From the kitchen is a lobby that opens out onto the sun terrace and the summer house. Almost the entire ground floor is dominated by a spectacular semi open plan living space and has a Sonos speaker system with speaker both inside and outside. There is also a record player with selection of records that adds a distinctive quality.
The decked terrace includes a stylish dining table, chairs and a BBQ. There is also a summer house, which can be used as either a day room or which is suitable for sleeping two additional guests and has en suite shower facilities. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and utility.
On the first floor, there are four generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed and as well as an en-suite bath & shower room. The second bedroom, which overlooks the decked area is also very generously sized and offers another kingsize bed with en-suite. The third bedroom offers a kingsize bed and fourth bedrooms offer to twin singles. There is also a beautiful and modern family bathroom with shower over the bath.
One of the most appealing features of this super property is the sun deck which offers a marvellous space for the whole family to spend time together – whether it’s cooking, eating, drinking or relaxing! The Swim tub also provides a great addition to this space.
There is a modern sofa and large outdoor dining table that rises from a coffee table to a dining table height on the decking. There is a separate table and chairs outdoors as well that seat 4.
