Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, picnic bench, hot tub, and off-road parking for three cars, plus EV charging available. Property is situated in a wooded valley, off a bridleway. Note: The river Cober runs past the garden on the other side of the granite hedge. Note: The elevated bed is not suitable for those with limited mobility or children under the age of 10 as you have to go up a small, narrow spiral stair case to get to it. This bed also has low ceiling as in the eaves 110cm at the head end down to 25cm at the foot end, see photos. There is a sofa bed on the ground level in this room for flexible sleeping arrangements, dimensions of sofa bed 170 length x125cm width, this could be used as the 3rd bed if the elevated bed was not suitable - see photos.
