Summary: The room was very cold compared to our previous stay, the heating system was on but not functioning correctly and was too loud so disturbed the kids sleep. The flush in the toilet was not working which is disgusting to be honest. Their was a humming/knocking sound coming from behind the headboard all night unsure where from , stayed in many hotels this has to be the worse experience. Only reason we stayed here as last time we had a better experience. Need another place now in leaicester
