Welcome to our cosy home by the river in Battersea, a calm and friendly spot in southwest London that feels like a real neighbourhood rather than a tourist area.
The flat sits within a well kept council estate and has the rare bonus of outdoor space. At the front you will find a tidy little yard, and at the back a peaceful garden that is perfect for relaxing on warm summer days with a coffee, a book or a glass of wine.
Inside, the living room is bright and comfortable, with two inviting sofas where you can truly unwind. There is a smart TV, high speed WiFi and plenty of space to relax after a day out exploring the city. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
