Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over the Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
This Apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access to the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
The Neighborhood:
This Apartment is located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool!
This beautiful base is a short walk from the City Centre, and even closer to some truly exciting places to visit such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Make sure to take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market which offers a range of tasty cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!
Getting Around:
The nearest Bus Stop is on Catharine Street, just 3 minutes walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The Apartment is a 20 minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via Train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from the city centre and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.
• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.
• We can provide a luggage storage facility in the city centre if required. If you would like to leave your luggage whilst you explore, this will be £5 per bag, per day. You can find this service at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 4JH.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
