The Space:
Fisherman’s Cottage has plenty to boast about as it is jam packed with a combination of modern and traditional features.
The property boasts a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining room with huge doors which open out onto the beautiful surrounding countryside. Looking out for miles across stunning greenery, the living area is the perfect place to start your day! Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises in the distance or wind down here after a busy day exploring the North York Moors National Park and the North East. There is ample seating in the living room and a Smart TV so it’s the ideal spot to cosy up with your loved ones.
Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay. Traditionally styled, the kitchen is home to wooden cabinets and granite worktops. Also sharing the open-plan space is a large dining table with dining chairs to ensure that all guests are catered for.
Fisherman’s Cottage benefits from three bedrooms. Head to the ground floor bedroom and you’ll find a stunning space with neutral tones and pops of blue and yellow, along with a comfortable double bed and flat-screen TV. The space also boasts an ensuite shower room.
Head up to the first floor and you’ll find the second and third bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom is where you’ll find another double bed. Also available here is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
The third bedroom has a king size bed which includes blue soft furnishings and french doors which open out onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the river below, along with ample storage space and an ensuite shower room.
Outside, you really will be spoiled. Here you’ll find a grassed garden, along with a separate patio area. It’s on the patio where the hot tub can be found. There is also a dining area which is ideal for alfresco meals during your stay.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The village of Neasham lies on a bend of the River Tees on the County Durham side of the River, about four miles south of Darlington.
