Positive: The location was perfect as everything we needed was in walking distance. The instructions to find the property were clear and the photos were helpful. The property was just the right size for us, although one person slept on the sofa bed in the lounge as one of the double bedrooms had closer to a 3/4 sized bed.

Negative: When we arrived at the key collection at 3pm, the code provided didn't work. We were notified that this was because the housekeeping team were not finished preparing the property. This wasn't ideal as we were essentially at the property at this point and had all our luggage for the weekend. We asked if we could go drop the bags off at least and this took a few phone calls back and forth to approve. By the time we got to the property, we knocked 3 times with no answer although the cleaners were clearly inside, just ignoring us. We stood in the corridor for 10 mins before we were allowed in so it was a bit of a frustrating start to the trip. Additionally, we had a member of the group who uses a walking stick. The property stated 'two small sets of stairs' to the apartment but it was actually two large staircases that were quite steep. The listing also said there were lift facilities, but you had to go down stairs or up stairs to reach the lift. From an accessibility perspective, this information should be changed to accurately reflect the facilities provided.
