Positive: Very cozy, comfortable beds, everything was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Loved the welcome basket with goodies and milk in the fridge to make a cuppa straight away. The property smelled lovely too. Very quiet area. Great friendly communication before and during our stay. The house was bigger than expected and had 2 rooms and 4 single beds so would comfortably suit a group of 4. Great location for the NEC only 10mins up the road. Shop across the road has essentials and managed to park relatively close to the property.

Negative: The local area was a bit run down and had rubbish around the property with the bins almost overflowing. The garden needed attention, and there was nowhere to sit outside.
