The property is located in the Westcliff area of Southend, situated on a residential road and set back from the street. Westcliff is certainly the place to be if you’re on your holidays. The area is very popular with families, and as a result has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
There are fantastic beaches, theatres, some great independent shopping and plenty of choice when it comes to places to eat and drink. Throughout the year you’ll find stand-up comedy, music gigs and plays.
Shopping includes household favourites such as Boots, Greggs and Tesco but also has a whole range of independent greengrocers, vintage shops, cafes, florists, bakers, jewellers and a wool shop.
Westcliff railway station is a 9 minute walk, and has services to London that take only 45 Minutes. If your driving you’ll have free parking on the street
