There are 2 twin rooms; one with an ensuite (beds can be made in superking size on request), the other room has twin beds and a separate family bathroom. The living/dining room area is spacious and homely with access to a private decking area with a small seating area. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There is free wifi and netflix available. There is a 24hr Tesco Extra just 10 minutes walk away and the local bus stop 2 minutes away which has 10 minute stops to Gatwick Airport, train stations and town centre. If you fancy breakfast there is a very popular takeaway breakfast stop providing breakfast baps, wraps etc on Maxwell Way at a reasonable price. This apartment is perfect for contractors working in the area, as it’s on the edge of Manor Royal Business Park (walking distance) and for those travelling to/from Gatwick it’s only a 10 minute drive. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees - so no noise from traffic or aircraft. Parking is off road and has a dedicated parking bay and if you have more than one vehicle there is even enough parking available in the visitors bay.
