Review Score: 4

Summary: There was no heating in the rooms so it was freezing. The staff weren't bothered and had no blankets when asked. The rooms weren't that clean. The bar staff couldn't make a hot toddy for my sister who was feeling unwell due to her cold room and no hot water. Apparently this drink wS not on the system so impossible to make. Such a lack of customer care is shocking. We won't be booking again
