The space
This delightful cottage was refurbished in the spring of 2025 and comprises a living/dining room with two sofas, armchair and TV. There is also a dining table that can seat 6.
The kitchen is at the back of the house and is equipped with everything you need including induction hob, single oven, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher.
The garden is accessed via the conservatory which is furnished with a small sofa and table/chairs for two. The garden is self-contained and includes outside seating with cushions.
The ground floor WC is located next to the kitchen.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. At the front of the house is the main bedroom with a king size bed. This can be separated into two single beds on request. At the rear of the property is the second bedroom, a cosy room with a double bed, and the third bedroom which is set up with two single beds
The main bathroom contains a bath and electric rainfall shower.
The property is located within a cul-de-sac with a small childrens playpark located at the end. Meadowside, a large open area with playpark, football pitches (grass and bookable all-weather) and skatepark is a 5 min. walk away.
There are two allocated parking spaces directly in front of the property.
