Welcome to our wonderfully spacious and unique 15th century apartment in the heart of medieval Sandwich, moments from the river, wonderful restaurants, pubs and independent shops!
There is a spacious open plan kitchen, living room (with a large inglenook fireplace) and dining area situated at the heart of the home, with the bathroom, utility area and 2 x bedrooms all on the first floor.
The ‘piece de resistance’ ,the master suite on the 2nd floor, with beautiful open beams and the Kingpost!
The space
The apartment is accessed using a key safe located outside (pin to be provided), with the entrance through a communal hallway, straight on to the Kingpost apartment doorway (glass panelled).
Turn right. Go up the stairs to the spacious and gloriously light living space, from which you will find the bathroom, utility area, 2 x bedrooms, storage area and stairs..
Up to the master suite, a true delight, with exposed 15thc beams and the most wonderful Kingpost you’ve ever seen (if you’ve seen one?!) , rumoured to have been a gift from the King of England, bevelled especially!
There’s a king size bed, bed linen to die for, ceiling views to kill for and a brilliant lounge area to chill in.. you’ll wanna do yoga (looking at those beams), you’ll plan big walks and things to do but the reality is that staying in bed might beat all of those lovely things! 🤍
