Positive: It was a good space and good location for parks and shopping

Negative: The Property was in need of redecoration and the carpets needed cleaned. For our family of 13 including a baby there were not enough Dining Facilities, a Dining Table seating 6 people only. The glassware, crockery and cutlery did not match. One oven was not working which impacted on our ability to cook for 13 people. A Travel Cot was provided but we needed to search for this on arrival and there was no linen for the cot. Cleanliness was reasonable however there was no instructions regarding rubbish and recycling. We had to make a trip to the local dump/ recycling facility on our last day as previous recycling was in the garden waste area. The furniture was tired and the bedrooms poorly provided regarding furnishings other than beds.

Summary: We enjoyed our family get together in this house however felt the house did not live up to expectations on cleanliness,
