Large comfortable detached house, only 5 miles from city centre, located on a private road with stunning views of Cavehill and Irish Sea. This is a family home with all the comforts you would expect.

Space
Our family home is located down a private road just off the busy Antrim Road, one of the main arterial routes into the city. The property is in a quiet setting with a secluded garden which borders a golf course to the rear - perfect for dining outside or barbecuing. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. There are 2 reception rooms on the ground floor with an open plan kitchen/ dining conservatory leading to a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing board with iron. The bathroom on this floor has WC, sink, shower and underfloor heating. On the first floor are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with single that also converts to double. The wet room has a walk in rain head shower, with WC, sink and underfloor heating . The master bedroom on the second floor is ensuite with tub, WC and sink and stunning views as far as Scotland on a clear day. All rooms are available to guests (except the study on the first floor).

Neighbourhood
Our home is located in a residential area close to Cavehill Country park and Belfast Castle. Both these locations are popular with tourists as is the nearby Belfast zoo. There is a range of shops at the local shopping centre a short walk away including a butcher, deli, wine shop, fuel and general grocery. There is a very large shopping centre only 5 minutes drive away with larger supermarkets and shops.

Getting around
There are excellent transport links in the area. The bus stop for transport into the city centre is only 100 metres from the house, with return bus stop just opposite. Belfast International airport is 30 minutes by car and Belfast City airport can be reached in under 15 minutes. Belfast ferry port is 10 minutes away and there are daily ferries to and from Scotland and England. You can actually see them from the house! Dublin, its airport and ferry terminal can be reached in 90 minutes by motorway. We are only 3 minutes from the Causeway Coastal route to the world famous Antrim Coast road and Giants Causeway. The Titanic Belfast museum was voted the world’s leading tourist attraction and can be reached 10 minutes.

Oil fired central heating is automatically controlled. Fast unlimited WIFI is provided with Sky Q TV boxes including Netflix in both reception rooms. Landline with wireless phone, games console and blue ray DVD box with range of games and movies are available. Cot provided on request.
