The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. There is also a further WC at the bottom of the steps leading from the kitchen to the back door.
The rear garden is laid to lawn with shrubs around the edge. Please note there are five steps down from the kitchen area to the back door to access the back garden. It is fully enclosed and secure for dogs - up to four are welcome free of charge. Dogs are welcome to join you on the sofa but please bring throws to use. There is off road parking for two cars.
