Positive: What a lovely cottage, hosts live next door and gave a good welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even ice available, perfect for a G&T after unpacking. This would be great for a young family with or without pets as the rear garden is very enclosed. Really liked the kitchen/dining room/lounge which had a wood burner meaning cosy nights by the fire. would recommend.

Negative: I stayed in the middle of January with very very cold weather which meant that driving to the cottage was quite difficult as some of the roads hadn't been treated. Of course this won't be an issue for most of the year.

Summary: Lovely little cottage in a great location great for a family stay in beautiful countryside
