Positive: The flat is comfortable, with most amunities available ( tv, kettle, toaster, ironing board, hair dryer, ect). It is mostly clean and situated in a nice area near the Thames river path. The beds are comfortables. Very efficient heating system. Fully functional kitchen. Good amount of towels provided, as well as extra pillow and cover. There is good pressure in the shower (which is a luxury in London). Some shower gel and shampoo were available if needed. Toilet paper was provided. Easy access to train, DLR, and Elizabeth line, and the walk from the flat to/from there is lovely. 20min from London City Airport.

Negative: Extremely noisy neighbours. Load music and/or people arguing leaving cars running with music outside until 4 am. The flat is not well insulated for sound, so you can hear everything, including the people in the flat upstairs going about their daily life, so wouldn't recommend to anyone who is a light sleeper. There is very little communication with the host. No welcome email or paper is sent, so you have to ask anything you need to know to the host and hope for a reply, or try to find by yourself the wifi password, or how to switch on the oven or even the check out procedure. A sheet of paper on the day of arrival with all the information, like most hosts do, would be appreciated. The kitchen doesn't have any wooden utensils, It is all metal, meaning that all non-stick pots and pans are scratched. It is a good 15 min walk to trains/tube as well as grocery stores, so be ready to walk. There was only the bottom of an instant coffee and a can of soup in the kitchen (probably left by someone before us), there is no condiment, not even salt/pepper, or tea for the first breakfast, so be ready to hit the grocery store as soon as you arrive.
