Situated within 400 metres of Limehouse DLR station, this modern and contemporary one bedroom flat is set within a new development and boasts spacious accommodation (55 sq. m) and a communal roof garden.
We have one proper double bed and one sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to four people, suitable for family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, dish washer, oven, toaster, microwave, an integrated fridge freezer and cutleries. A Tesco Express is located 5 minutes away and opens from 6am-11pm if you need groceries or household items.
Apartment is fully supplied with Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and unlimited wifi.
The development is situated within equal distance to the City of London (2 stops from Bank/Tower Gateway) and the Canary Wharf financial district benefiting from good connections for all over Central London, and situated just a short walk to Limehouse Basin and River Thames. Local amenities on Commercial Road or the shops, bars, cinemas and restaurants at Canary Wharf are a few minutes away.
We are just a stone's throw away from Limehouse Basin and walking distance to Wapping and River Thames - stop for a pint of ale in two of London's oldest pubs! 'One can catch the Thames River Bus nearby which is very popular with visitors - soak up some fantastic views along the way! Sandwiched between two canals which is great for those who fancy exploring the beautiful canals. It's about 30 - 45min walk to Tower Bridge (or 12 minutes on a rental bike available just outside the property), the Tower of London and more of London's best tourist sites including HMS Belfast and St Paul's cathedral!

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Walk along the water canal and scenic river Thames or bike through the famous Narrow street by the riverfront. Boris rental bikes can be hired from outside Limehouse station or Salmon lane.
Sandwiched between two canals (Regent Canal and Limehouse Cut) which is great for those who fancy exploring the beautiful canals. Regent's Canal stretches from Limehouse to Paddington.
Notable restaurants including historic The Grapes pub or The Narrow, Gordon Ramsay's gastropub and also a great selection of eataries at Canary Wharf.
We have two farms close by: 10 minutes walk to Stepney farm, or 15 minutes direct bus to Mudchute farm - the largest Inner City farm in London.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS
1/ DLR: 2 stops into Bank or Tower Bridge. Few stops away via DLR is World Heritage Greenwich, National Maritime Museum, O2 Arena, Stratford Olympic park and Westfield shopping centre. London City Airport is 20 mins away by DLR.
2/ London buses (bus stop in front of the apartment): Easy direct bus to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Spitalfields Market, St. Paul's cathedral, Liverpool Street and Trafalgar Square.
3/ River Taxi (Thames Clipper) at Canary Wharf Pier on Narrow Street: connecting historic Greenwich, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminister, London Eye all within 20 minutes.
4/ Car: Building complex houses City Car club where you can hire a car for a short term use. Street parking is only available on Weekends.

TRAVELLING TO AIRPORTS AND EUROSTAR STATION
These are the most convenient (and cheapest) options which we would normally take
1/ City Airport - take the DLR to Limehouse station (15mins)
2/ Gatwick Airport - take Gatwick train to London Bridge (30mins).Then take Northern tube Line to Bank, and change to DLR line to Limehouse (10mins).
3/ Heathrow Airport - take the Piccadilly tube line, and change to District Line at Barons Court to Monument/Bank station, and then change to DLR line to Limehouse (total journey time 70mins)
4/ Stansted Airport - take either the train (35mins) or coach (55mins) to Liverpool street, and bus 135 from Liverpool street to the apartment (stops rights outside, around 20mins depending on traffic)
5/ Luton Airport - take the train to London Bridge (60mins). Then take Northern tube Line to Bank, and change to DLR line to Limehouse (10mins).
6/ If arriving by Eurostar at St Pancras, take the Northern line direct to Bank (8mins) and change to DLR line to Limehouse (5 mins)
