Step into the compact kitchen and through to the light and airy sitting/dining room with its vaulted ceiling and beams, some original features have been retained lending character which compliment the quality furnishings with practical tiled and wooden floors, while French doors open to the enclosed garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a wet room and bathroom all on one level so it is ideal for a family or for 2 couples coming away. Alternatively when booked with Loveston School Hall the interlinking doors can be opened up to accommodate 8. The communal field makes an added bonus with its picnic benches and barbecue area, enjoy evenings round the fire pit while children take advantage of the space to play. Surrounded by fields, footpaths and pretty country lanes abound making it perfect for keen walkers and dog owners, head to Canaston Wood or down to the beautiful Cleddau estuary only 3.5 miles away. Bird and wild life enthusiasts will be enthralled; this secret waterway remains unchanged by time and nestling on its banks are sleepy villages and quaint pubs, some serving food including Cresswell Quay, Lawrenny Arms, Lawrenny Tea rooms and Martletwy Vineyard. Cyclists will have plenty of routes to explore and can take advantage of the undercover secure bike racks and washing off facilities.
