Drive to the beach in 2 minutes or walk in 10 minutes. The house has a generous sized hallway. The kitchen has a large cooker and integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a table for informal meals. There is a washing machine and dryer. The utility room has ironing area additional American style fridge freezer and storage. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room this has a large formal dining table and patio door to the deck. Double doors take you through to the impressive lounge which has two patio doors to the decking area. The decking area is furnished with outside furniture and features sea views. There is a barbecue.
For your entertainment Sky Q TV is provided on the curved screen TV. Wifi is available throughout the house.

The house is a good base for visiting Canterbury, Folkestone and Romney Marsh. Hythe has a shingle beach and Dymchurch, Folkestone, St Mary’s Bay have sandy beaches.
Other attractions include Port Lympne Zoo, golf courses, and canalside and countryside walks and cycling, the Battle of Britain monuments and Dover Castle. Hythe offers water sports canoe and boat hire on the canal, on the sea sailing including windsurfing and kitesurfing. Sea fishing and freshwater fishing is popular.
