Set in 50-acre landscaped and woodland grounds, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this detached spacious lodge enjoys a peaceful location a short drive from the lovely Georgian market town Louth.
On site (about a mile from the lodge) The beautiful woodland golf course is open to non members plus
there are spa facilities, as well as a Back to Bear so there are plenty of activities for everyone. (Fees for these are payable locally)
If you are a keen fisherman there are excellent coarse fishing nearby and sea fishing out of Grimsby (about a 30 min drive)
For the energetic there are lovely walks through the woods and good cycling routes throughout the area.
Louth has an excellent range of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore and is close enough for some restaurants to offer delivery. It's around a 30 minute drive to the award winning sandy beaches of Skegness, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes.
To access the lodge there are 2 steps then everything is on the ground floor.
Open plan spacious living space comprised of the sociable living area and a combined kitchen dining area.
The well stocked kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, undercounter fridge plus a fridge/freezer & dishwasher. A washing machine is located in a utility cupboard off the entrance hall.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath and toilet.
Veranda: An enclosed decked terrace with garden furniture.
