The garden is fully enclosed with the established hedges and shrubs ensuring privacy with an attractive setting. There is plenty of storage space for bikes and canoes in the detached garage.?
Rockcliffe is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the area whilst retaining its unique character and atmosphere and is centrally situated for exploring one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of Scotland. Facilities abound for the outdoor enthusiast with sailing, mountain biking on the Forestry Commissions 7Stanes Trails and walking, all available locally. A number of golf courses are within easy reach. The neighbouring village of Kippford is easily reached by the Jubilee Path and makes for a pleasant stroll out for lunch or afternoon tea at either the popular Ark Tearoom or the Mariner Hotel or the Anchor Inn (spoilt for choice or one for each day of a short break!)
