Brightway Hemel is located in the centre of Hemel Hempstead, close to the busy bus transportation hub, two minutes from a reasonably-priced NCP car park (cheaper when you use the NCP app), with lovely sea views, fine restaurants immediately below and within walking distance, central, shopping, convenience stores, retail shopping, supermarkets, bus routes and local hospital.
This is a new, cosy space with modern amenities. It is a well-equipped property close to banks, building societies, gyms, and many other amenities. For example, we are only minutes from many national and local retail brands, businesses, and shopping centres.
As you might imagine, there are a few house rules for your comfort and future guests! We want you to enjoy your time with us, so we’ve kept them to a minimum, and we are sure you’ll agree they are all reasonable.
1- THIS IS A NO-SMOKING PROPERTY; smoking is prohibited anywhere in the apartment or building. Failure to do so will set off the fire alarm. Please note that to reduce the overall safety risks for everyone, no illegal drugs, dangerous weapons, or candle burning are allowed on the property.
2- Please enjoy your meals at the dining table. This ensures the television areas remain inviting and relaxing for you and future guests. Also, the TV seating becomes expensive to replace or clean.
3- Ideally, shoes should be kept by the apartment door.
4- Please remember not to hang wet towels, clothing, or wet materials on the bed, chairs, or table, as this may negatively affect the bedding, mattress, or furniture. You can use the washer/dryer in the cupboard to dry bulky wet materials.
5- The wardrobe has room for your suitcases, and they should ideally not be placed on the beds (we aim to separate dirt outside the property from the sleeping areas whenever possible).
6- When not in the room, please turn the air-conditioning unit off and unplug or turn off any unnecessary items (e.g iron, lights, induction hob, etc.). The AC unit is reasonably efficient and, apart from keeping energy costs down, helps reduce climate change overall.
7- Please close all windows and doors properly when you leave the apartment and tug the door on your way out to ensure it is fully closed.
8- For total convenience, please do not turn off the internet/router.
9- You gain access via digital door codes, so there are no keys to lose, as is common.
10- Be aware also that your access to this property is tied to the check-in and check-out times of your booking. You will only have access during those times. Feel free to contact us if your requirements vary from the standard arrangements, for example, if you want to extend your stay.
