Positive: Receptionist was really smiley and helpful.

Negative: Very limited evening food menu. Great if you like a lot of beef. No salads or pasta. Breakfast was ok first day but second day was very poor. Overdone fried eggs. Ran out of beans and had to wait for them to be warmed up before replenishing. Some people had to wait for eggs. Seems like they didn't want to top anything up for fear of wastage but this was a tad extreme, especially as there was a staff member on duty close by who could have preempted the need for a top up. Staff found it difficult to cope with paying for drinks and dinner as we went along and not on the room. Housekeeping had to be requested. And then the beds weren't made. Bin not emptied. Just adjusted to towels and replenished the tea milk and coffee! Overall average. I think BW has probably had its day, sadly.
