About this space
Spend time relaxing in our three bedroom traditional cottage, which sits in the heart of the Scottish Highlands in the quaint Moulin village beside Pitlochry. Sit on the decking in the enclosed garden and enjoy the aesthetic babble of the Moulin Burn or around the open fire inside and be mesmerised by the flickering flames. Walk a few steps and enjoy a hearty meal in the award winning Moulin Inn or walk ten minutes down the road to explore the delights of Pitlochry where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. Walkers will enjoy a wide range of walks that can be taken from the cottage, whether up a hill, through a forest or along a loch. Golfers will love being in close proximity of the Pitlochry Golf course or the Pitlochry pitch and Putt. Adventure seekers have bungee jumps, bungee swings, forest biking and canoeing etc to get their heart rates going. A perfect place to recharge and enjoy life or be an adventure seeker.
The space
Downstairs is a lounge with open fire, smart TV and DVD player, Alexia, dining table; a small kitchen with freestanding cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board; the bathroom has a shower over the bath; the downstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed and a sofa as well as a TV.
Upstairs is a twin room with two single beds and a sitting area and a double room with a double bed. There is a hairdryer and a travel cot available.

A few steps away is the quaint pub, The Moulin Inn, with delicious food and ales from its own microbrewery.
Pitlochry golf course is a two minute drive from the property. Swimming pools at Pitlochry Hydro and Scotland Hotel can be used for a fee.

We accept a maximum of two dogs or three at a request.
The cottage has stairs but no stair gates, however, there is a door from the lounge to the stairs that prevents an infant accessing the stairs..
The maximum number of guests is six. If you include an infant under 2 years old they will need to co-sleep or sleep in the travel cot.
