There is an 11 pm curfew at this property, after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest to avoid disturbing neighbours. Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests staying at the property when booking. If there is evidence of over-occupancy and it is verified by the owner, all occupants will be asked to leave the property. This impacts the owner’s insurance and breaches the rental agreement. Guests are kindly reminded — in line with the rental agreement — that the property must be left in the same or similar state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. Failure to leave the property in a reasonable state may result in an additional cleaning charge being invoked (minimum charge £150).

Town: A tiny rural community called Langho can be found in Lancashire's Ribble Valley. The village is divided into two halves, the old and the new. The new Langho was built after the railway was built in the middle of the 19th century, becoming a small but active commercial centre. Since the Old Langho church was deemed to be too far away, the new church of St. Leonard was constructed in 1879. However, since the construction of the A59 roundabout, even the new church is now somewhat secluded.
