Positive: Very friendly host. Offerd a largr room, very comfortable bed.

Negative: Sign postoing on entrance not obvious-could be on both sides of entrance as there is another sign which distracts you first. The sign also needs to be larger or illuminated at night. It is on a busy road so advance sighting is essential for indicating that you are pulling up. Page states 'fabulous breakfast', should realy be 'limited breakfast' as on that one would expect the full breakfast that is referred to on all other sites. A little misleading, or incorrectly stated. This then added cost to buying elsewhere. A bit too close to a noisy road.

Summary: Very relaxing despite the shortage of a full breakfast. Good location for the City.
